West Ham United Relegation Thread
The last time we had this many good individual players was back in 2002 with Cole,Sinclair Defoe, Kanoute, Di Canio, James, & Carrick under Roeder who finished 7th the previous season.

Oh Shit!

We really do have some embarrassing people who claim to support our club. These doom an gloom threads are actually quite humorous.
If the posters are not fishing then they might want to consider prozac.

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
Fucked off with the whole club ted.

Don't anyone believe that we are too good to go down because once you are stuck down there it's hard to get out especially when you can't defend.

Every club in the premiership has good players now and 3 of those clubs have to go down.
Not saying we will but it's going to be a hard season.

At least the club is trying to create harmony between fans. DG has promised so. ;-)

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
Considering we will drop to 19th position if Sunderland beat Everton on Monday night, and the fact we have not been convincing in any of our games this season(pre season and Europa we were pretty shite generally) plus the Allardyce type shocker at Chelsea, then what should have been a real drubbing at Man City but for their many missed chances, leading up to today's appalling defensive shambles,

I would say this thread is not knee jerking at all.
We could be in real trouble this season.

If you cannot defend then you will will be in trouble. Simple as that.

Make no mistake we could be in for a long season unless Bilic sorts us out soon.

In our league games so far we do look like potential relegation candidates.

Are you new to this game tom?

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
As noted we could be in the relegation places this week. Lose to West Brom and we're in danger of setting the tone for the whole season. If we were playing well and losing we could laugh it off, but I think we've been pretty terrible so far.

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
It would be very West Ham to move to a new, massive, "iconic" ground and then immediately get relegated.

But it ain't gonna happen.

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
Do you think stoke will be relegated then?

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
I think Stoke are in a similar spot to us - a good squad but if you have tough-ish fixtures and a poor run of form you're still in trouble. If Mark Hughes was sacked in the morning would anybody really complain?

If we'd lost or drawn to Bournemouth I think Bilic and the club would be under big pressure. That's the reality.

"If you cannot defend then you will will be in trouble. Simple as that"

That's a fact & anyone dismissing relegation based on our form , set up & current team selections & tactics is a fool.

Unless Billic gets back to basics soon, makes some big & bold correct decisions regarding team personnel & tactics then the dye is cast for the season.

Defensively & yes, that includes a DM & defending as a team, not just the back four, then he'll be gone in the New Year if not before.

We're a complete mess defensively & that's down to the manager & it's not new & it's been that way for about the last 10 games of last season as well as those this. It's not a new thing & now been ongoing for months now.
